Nancy Guthrie’s Landscaper Seen at Her Tucson Home Amid Ongoing Investigation

Nancy Guthrie’s $1 million and 3,776-square-foot home in Tucson, Arizona, has been owned by the beloved Guthrie matriarch since 1975, HELLO! reported. There, she raised her three kids, Camron, Annie and Savannah; watched them learn how to ride a bike; sent them off to their first days of school; and sat together for dinner as a family.
Although she has been missing for over two weeks, having been abducted from her Catalina Foothills residence in the early morning hours of Feb. 1, Nancy’s family remains hopeful for her safe return, as they continue to keep her property maintained.
Landscaper Seen at Nancy Guthrie’s House Amid Investigation
In a report from TMZ, the outlet shared that on Monday, Feb. 16, the Guthrie family hired a landscaper to upkeep Nancy’s property, which sits on an acre of land located in a deserted terrain surrounded by cacti.
In video footage from a KNXV-TV journalist, a groundskeeper is seen walking her property after grabbing tools from an unmarked red truck.
The landscaper brisked past a parked sheriff’s car to get into Nancy’s backyard as a reporter attempted to get a statement from him.
Several days before this, the Guthrie family hired a pool service to maintain Nancy’s pool on Feb. 13. According to TMZ, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told them that Ambiance Pool Service & Supplies was hired at the request of Nancy’s loved ones.
Sheriff Nanos also reiterated that fact in a statement to media partners. “At the request of the Guthrie family, routine pool maintenance was conducted at the residence today,” the statement said, CNN reported.
